How can I book
You can make a reservation from the contact phones depending on the country you wish to travel to, and you can make a reservation by phone, or from our online booking page. See Book online.
How can i travel to Europe
For citizens of Macedonia or non-EU countries that do not have visa restrictions for Europe, they must have a valid passport for more than 3 months, travel insurance, and sufficient funds for their stay in the country they are traveling to.
How much lugagge is allowed
Every passenger has the right to have two pieces of luggage and one small bag on the bus. Additional charges may apply for more luggage.
How long should i wait for bus
On the day you travel, you should be there 30 minutes before the bus departure. Contact the agency if you are unsure about the time and place of departure.
Can i send lugagge without traveling
Luggage is not allowed to be sent if there is no passenger traveling with that luggage. Each piece of luggage will be identified with the respective passenger.
Are electronic devices allowed
Passengers may carry electronic devices, but they must be well packed, and we do not guarantee anything during their transport.
